In Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lessons, Sharon verbally guides you through a sequence of gentle movements intended to develop a greater awareness of how you move. As you learn to let go of limiting habits, you will find satisfaction in your newfound abilities. After experiencing ATM lessons, people often express feelings of freedom, relaxation and ease. In addition to physical improvements, they may breathe more freely and find their thoughts have more clarity.

If you have ever come away from gardening with a pain in your back, discomfort in your knees, or stiffness in your body, Ease-y Gardening is for you! As you start your seeds and dream of what your garden will be, make a small investment in yourself, and harvest the rewards of comfort and ease throughout the growing season.
In this 4 week class series, you will learn valuable skills to help you learn to bend, lift, and kneel comfortably and easily. You will learn efficient body mechanics that make pulling weeds a breeze. Through gentle, easy movements you will learn to make connections throughout your body that will lead to ease and comfort. These are skills you can apply when gardening to choose this ease and comfort over limiting physical habits and pain.
It is possible, and indeed easy for you improve. You don't have to live in constant or recurring pain. You don't have to drug yourself to feel at ease in your own body. A small investment now will lead to huge gains over a lifetime.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing. If you choose to join the morning class, blankets and yoga mats are available for your use.
If you join the live online seminar*, please choose a quiet and comfortable place where you have plenty of space to lie down.
